Read below for our refunds, exchange and shipping policies


Refunds and Exchanges

We issue full refunds or exchanges for

  • any purchases that are to be shipped to states that we do not have licenses to ship to.  All orders are manually reviewed and will be fully refunded if we cannot ship to your state.
  • any shipments damaged during shipping- please inspect packages as soon as they arrive.  
  • any "corked" bottles.  If you believe that you have one, we have a "full faith" policy.  There is no need to keep the rest of the wine in that bottle for proof.

We are happy to exchange any shipments that have not yet left our warehouse or tasting room.



We ship via UPS Ground and only during weather that will not negatively affect our wines.

All packages must be signed for by someone 21+

We manually review each order and will issue refunds for any states that we cannot legally ship to.
